sequa's functions comprise programme coordination, project management and consultancy.

As programme coordinator, sequa coordinates, designs and accounts for the entire programme implementation process for the respective funder.

In regard to project management, sequa offers professional implementation of an entire or partial project during all its phases, from project identification, assessment and planning to reporting, accounting and effect monitoring.

In its different business segments, sequa offers its partners a set of training and consultancy services for which it employs both its own and external experts.

sequa cooperates closely with its shareholders and their membership organisations. The company thus has direct access to the knowledge of experienced experts from German chambers, associations, VET centres and private enterprises.

sequa works for, and is funded by, different customers on a project basis. There is no ongoing financing of its expenditures by the shareholders. Involved in a variety of projects and programmes.

sequa's main customers are the BMZ, the European Commission, the GIZ as well as (recently) the Foreign Office.

sequa's work has no regional focus; projects are possible in all parts of the world.
