SINDBAD and TRANSDUAL are mobility programmes for trainees. The programmes are being conducted by sequa and commence operation in September 2008. SINDBAD is an European Mobility Programme for trainees; TRANSDUAL is a Mobility Programmes for trainees who intend to untertake practical and theoretical learning either in Madrid, Paris or London. Soft skills like mobility, flexibility, tolerance and capacity for teamwork become increasingly important in the labour markets. The programmes targets are to supporting the development of these soft skills. SINDBAD and TRANDUAL targets are to gain professional experience on international level. SINDBAD and TRANSDUAL are being funded by the LEONARDO DA VINCI programme. LEONARDO DA VINCI, itself, is the non-academic mobility programme within the LIFE LONG LEARNING Programme (LLP) of the European Commission. sequa´s role is to file the application and to administrate the funds.
Mobility of Vocational & Educational Institutions and Trainers (move-it) is sequa’s mobility programme dedicated to the vocational education and training professionals. Since June 2012 the programme is conducted by sequa in cooperaton with partner organisations. move-it is financed by "VETPRO - Vocational Education and Training Professionals", a sub-programme of the European Commission’s Leonardo-da-Vinci programme.

European Mobility Programme für Trainees...
- the internships and company visits will be organised in groups and have a duration of 3 to 12 weeks
- within the EU (incl. Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland and Turkey)
- participants get insights of the industrial and business environment in a selected host country
- participants get to know its culture and of course to improve their foreign language skills
- sequa is providing EU funds to the participants whose absolute amounts depend on country and duration of stay
- interested trainees shall directly contact the organisations of the internships offers
- organisations that intend file a project proposal to sequa must be registered in Germany

- the stays have a duration of either 3, 12, 15 or 24 weeks
- participants get insights of the industrial and business environment in a selected host country
- participants get to know its culture and of course to improve their foreign language skills

European Mobility Programme for vocational education and training professionals
- the participants undergo training courses in groups between 1 and 6 weeks in VET institutions located in selected EC countries
- organised as group actions and – alternatively - as single actions
- currently, activities are planned in Austria, Italy, Ireland, Great Britain, France and Sweden
- supports human resources development and organisational development
- participants get to know its culture and of course to improve their foreign language skills
- sequa is providing EU funds to the participants whose absolute amounts depend on country and duration of stay
- interested VETs professionals shall directly contact the partner organisations
- organisations that want a proposal for an acitivity have to be at an address in Germany
