Within the framework of the develoPPP.de (2010-2012) project, one of the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of car and commercial vehicle spare parts, the Ferdinand Bilstein GmbH & Co. KG (Febi) in collaboration with the Association of the Automotive Technician JUMV and three vocational schools is going to build a training and service centre in Belgrade in order to convey modern standards and technologies knowledge in applied vehicle technology to free workshops in Serbia.

The workshops are thus enabled to offer better repair and maintenance services to its customers. By connecting the centre to JUMV and the promotion of management skills of the Association, not only self-administration of the workshops is strengthened, but in the long term it is also ensured that the knowledge is embedded in the country. In addition, the inclusion of vocational schools in the Train-the-trainer measures has a structure-building effect and strengthens the training of young mechanics.
