From August 2011 to Juli 2013 the Berlin based company Forum Berufsbildung (FBB) supports the relevant actors in the Southern Indian state of Karnataka to introduce a designed modular system of vocational education and training for two sectors (retail and office organisation) to the needs of business.

For this purpose, a training matrix will be developed which covers all existing and new training measures as well as partners for these sectors and defines the necessary training und qualification steps and acquisiton of certificates.
