In January 2010, under the EU program "Investing in People“,sequa with HwK Saarland and the vocational training centres of the Bavarian economy gGmbH, started a three-year project to assist small trade organizations in North and West Africa and Latin America.The project aims to improve the technical- and vocational education with elements of the dual vocational training in Morocco, Benin and Ivory Coast. The problem in these and many other countries is that the supply of vocational training and the demand (by the contractor) is not aligned. In addition to “peer learning” (between the countries of Morocco, Benin, Ivory Coast, Brazil, Honduras, etc) is that the main task of the project.
