The three-years project between the Berufsförderungswerk der Bauindustrie NRW (BFW) and the Accra Technical Training Centre (ATTC) as well as the National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) started in October 2021. The participating vocational training centers are to be enabled to improve their vocational and advanced training education programs in selected construction trades with regard to labor market needs and quality. To this end, the quality of training and the practical relevance of existing training programs are to be improved and cooperation with Ghanaian and international companies intensified. The project is financed by the Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in the framework of the PartnerAfrica program under the special initiative on Training and Employment and implemented with sequa.
