BBP KH - Motheo College South Africa

The project aims to establish a new partnership between the Steinfurt Warendorf District Association of Skilled Crafts and the Motheo TVET College and to create practical and demand-oriented vocational training in the Free State Province, to improve the skills of young workers in the skilled crafts sector and to accompany the transition from training to employment through private sector cooperation.

Project Target

The chances of graduates of Motheo TVET College finding employment or becoming self-employed have improved due to the practical and demand-oriented focus of the teaching.

 

To reach this goal, seleted training methods and programmes will be strengthened strategically and operationally, as well as the organisational structure of Motheo College and the cooperation between the college and the private sector.
