Dr. Kofler, who was accompanied by an official member of the German Embassy in Morocco, Ms. Monika Mrad, was received by representatives of both partners: Ms Anne Oertel from bbw gGmbH International and Mr Hassan Choumais, the President of the Chamber of Arts and Crafts in Marrakech.

During their visit, the delegation was able to gain an insight into the vocational training centre and the training courses on offer. Afterwards, they took the opportunity to talk to the President of the Chamber, Mr. Hassan Choumais, the apprentices from the textile and wood sector as well as a group of trainers. The Moroccan trainees found it very interesting that Dr Baerbel Kofler herself had first trained as a bank clerk before going to university.
