Code of Conduct
sequa confesses to certain values and principles.
sequa‘s Code of Business Conduct („Code of Conduct“ or „Code“) complements these values and principles and defines certain non-negotiable minimum standards for the behaviour and the attitude of each Company Representative.
The Code stipulates the yardstick which all activities of each Company Representative shall be measured against.
The Code forms an integral part of each of the Company’s employment contracts, articles of apprenticeship, and of every contract with any third parties which render services to sequa.
