A good strategy is the basis for joint, goal-oriented action in an organisation. It manifests itself in a complete framework for action that allows the right decision to be made in all conceivable situations. Especially in volatile, uncertain and complex times, coherent strategies must take into account many sources of knowledge and boundary conditions during the development process, as well as many perspectives, experiences and resources. And a good strategy must be broken down in such a way that everyone involved in the organisation understands and observe the objectives as guiding principles for action.
You have really succeeded in all of this!
Nevertheless, I pour a little cold water on one point. In Title 687-01 of Section 23 for 2023, EUR 189 million have been estimated for Partnerships in development with the private sector. sequa was allocated EUR 29.9 million of this amount. That is 15.8% of the total budget, which means that "our" share is lower than it has ever been in the last 20 years, even though we as an implementing organisation are contributing to the goals of "our" department and the ministry with excellent results. More funds must be used for the implementation of projects and less for preparatory, accompanying and evaluating measures.
Then the strategy will be perfect.
