The PartnerAfrica project by bbw and UTC is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. The aim is to improve the employability of Tunisian skilled workers in the IT sector. To this end, there are plans to introduce a needs-based continuing education program at the UTC, with a particular focus on the needs of women. In addition, a preparatory program on the topic of skilled worker migration to Germany is to be introduced in the Sfax region. There are also plans to strengthen the UTC in the areas of marketing and sales of its continuing education programs.
