TVET in Electrical Trades (Solar) in Ghana

The project aims to support the partners in the development or adaptation of curricula in selected areas of electrical engineering, especially solar, the equipment of the three centers as well as a mobile training unit with the appropriate technology and the training of teachers and company trainers for the new teaching modules. The project activities will expand the technical, professional and methodological capacities of the partners and create cooperation structures with other educational partners and the established business community. In addition, various activities such as company surveys and public relations work are planned.

Project Target

Selected vocational training centers in Ghana are able to offer demand-oriented education and training in electrotechnical professions, e.g. solar, and thus contribute to the creation of good jobs.
