IT professionals in Tunisia
The project aims to facilitate entry into the labor market for university graduates and IT specialists by developing short training courses tailored to their needs. In particular, the needs of women are to be taken into account in order to contribute to gender equality. Language courses and migration counseling are also intended to show ways into the German/European labor market. This will help to close the gap in the Sfax region between university graduates and IT specialists, who are generally well educated, and the requirements of the Tunisian and international labor markets.
