TVET and Skilled Workers in Hospitality

The vocational education and training partnership aims to test the first structured pathways for skilled workers in selected occupational fields in line with the migration and mobility partnership between Germany and Kenya. It can thus serve as a practice-oriented implementation tool and contribute to the concrete design of this partnership. At the same time, it offers an opportunity to promote practical and needs-based training and continuing education in close cooperation with companies and industry-specific support structures.
