sequaForum 2012 A01: BMO-Programme

Editorial

"Do good things and talk about it", that's the name of a book by Earl Georg Volkmar Zedtwitz-Arnim published in 1961. The title has become a synonym for a promising "self-marketing method".

Under the roof of the BMO partnership programme (KVP), our partners, the German Chambers and Associations, have achieved remarkable successes over the last 20 years, thus doing a lot of good in the sense of Zedtwitz‘ bon mot. We at sequa knew that; but - since the prophet has no honour in his own country - it's greatly preferable that it's an external expert consultant who has come to the same conclusion as author of the "KVP Sustainability Study".

"We are doing good things": Overall, the partnership projects are of almost exemplary effectiveness: They are comparatively inexpensive and deliver very good, sometimes even excellent, results. A case in point: It is due to a partnership project between the HWK Munich and Upper Bavaria and the Croatian Chamber of Crafts that Croatia has readopted the dual vocational education principle, anchoring the "Dual System" in the country's vocational education and training system.

We also talk about "it": We offer access to the Sustainability Study, a new manual for the management of partnership projects, and many other blueprint for project managers on our website. Moreover, the category "References" provides information about each and every project sequa has ever conducted. Why don't you take a look! Today's sequaForum is hoping to provide an incentive.
