Through the EU Experts4ME project, sequa and GIZ are supporting Montenegro on its path towards European Union membership. Drawing on a pool of regional and international experts, ministries, public authorities and other government institutions receive targeted technical assistance across all EU accession chapters.
While GIZ contributes its extensive expertise in public administration, sequa complements the project with the experience and perspective of the private sector. This ensures that practical approaches from business and enterprise development are incorporated into reform processes and the implementation of EU standards.
The project aims to strengthen the country's administrative capacities, advance key reforms and support Montenegro in meeting the requirements for future EU membership.
