The evaluation of the collected key figures and Key Performance Indicators, KPI for short, in the programs Vocational Training Partnerships (BBP), Chamber and Association Partnerships (KVP) and PartnerAfrica (PA), all funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), shows what the project partners have achieved: Project implementation took place primarily within the framework of the total of 14,437 assignment days of short-term experts from German chambers, associations, vocational training institutions and companies that took place in 2022. In the case of the KVPs and, in particular, the BBPs, they provided support, among other things, in the implementation of training and further education measures, in which 16,299 people participated. 1,301 graduates were able to take up employment following training measures, and 664 people saw their income improve. As part of the KVP projects, 243 advocacy measures were carried out and 10,657 companies, of which round about 16 percent are women-owned, were supported in improving their competitiveness in 2022.

In the 33 PA projects carried out last year, about 2,500 people were placed in good employment by the end of 2022, and 11,811 employees had their work situation and/or income improved. A total of 16,155 people have so far taken part in vocational qualification measures as part of the projects. They have worked together with 488 companies.
