Formalised Private Sector Engagement in TVET

The project goal is to enhance the private sector in Ethiopia, represented by the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations (ECCSA) in assuming a defined role and tasks in the TVET system in Ethiopia. ECCSA will be supported to implement relevant steps decided in a Public Private Dialogue (PPD) with the Ministry of Labour and Skills (MoLS) and to continue the dialogue on the formalisation of private sector engagement with MoLS. Furthermore sequa will enhance the organisational development of ECCSA to ensure the formal involvement of ECCSA and its members in TVET by establishing a TVET unit at ECCSA representing also the voices of regional chambers and sectoral associations.
