Craftsmen without borders

By networking and setting up further training courses in International Cooperation for craftsmen and craftswomen in up to two additional partner countries (Italy, Poland), the conditions are being created for setting up a European pool of craftsmen and craftswomen who are available for assignments within the framework of international cooperation. This pool actively places craftsmen with governmental and non-governmental organizations. During their assignments abroad - both as part of the training course and later on behalf of different organizations - the craftsmen and craftswomen contribute to improving the technical and entrepreneurial capacities in the target countries (in Africa and Eastern Europe) and beyond. This increases the competitiveness of the supported companies and thus also the income of the craftspeople employed there.
