The AFOS Foundation for Entrepreneurial Development Cooperation, founded by members of the Federation of Catholic Entrepreneurs (BKU), continues its commitment through a new PartnerAfrica project with Ghanaian business organizations. The partnership project aims to increase the number of women in ICT-related employment, contributing to gender-equitable economic development and digital transformation in Ghana.

Project Target
The PartnerAfrica project aims to strengthen the capacities of the Ghanaian associations IIPGH, OAWLI, and WERise to integrate young women into ICT-related employment. To achieve this, there will be awareness-raising efforts for digital solutions and the equal participation of women in the labor market. A tailored mentoring and qualification program for female students and graduates will be introduced. In addition, targeted job placement services for women in the ICT sector will be offered to facilitate their access to qualified positions.
