BMO partnership: BEE&Southafrican RE associations

The BMO partnership supports three South African industry associations – the Southern African Biogas Industry Association (SABIA), the South African Photovoltaic Industry Association (SAPVIA), and the South African Wind Energy Association (SAWEA) – in strengthening their role as effective representatives and promoters of the renewable energy sector in South Africa. The aim is to improve political framework conditions and enhance the public image of the industry. As part of the project, the associations plan to expand their service portfolios to better inform members, raise public awareness of renewable energy, and generate additional revenue. Through joint communication initiatives, they also contribute to increasing public acceptance and support for renewable energy across the country.
