Demand-orientated vocational training in Jordan

As part of the vocational training partnership between the Cologne Chamber of Skilled Crafts (HWK) and selected chambers in Jordan, these are enabled to organize demand-oriented vocational qualification measures. To this end: 1) Vocational training departments are established in the partner institutions to identify the needs of their member companies for qualification measures; 2) Needs-based vocational qualification measures are developed, revised and implemented by the partner organizations in cooperation with vocational training institutions and companies; 3) A network is established between the project partners and civil society actors to further develop vocational training, promote the participation of women and exchange experiences.
