Promotion of Vocational Training in Sri Lanka

The BBP between the Chamber of Skilled Crafts Frankfurt-Rhein-Main (HWK FRM) and the Chamber of Construction Industry of Sri Lanka aims at improving the quality of training in the construction sector in Sri Lanka. In the process, selected training providers will be enabled along the lines of company needs to offer modern and high-quality further training for vocational school teachers and company trainers. The project aims to improve the public image of vocational training in the construction sector.

Project Target

The project partners are able to improve the quality of continuing education for vocational school teachers and company trainers in selected trades in the construction sector, particularly in the green economy, as well as the image of vocational education, which is increasingly in demand.
