Digitisation in development cooperation? How could that work? sequa is a company like any other. We employ people, we have processes, we generate and need data. We wanted to have a website that was always up to date without permanently employing a content manager and web editor. What users now see is a modern, content-rich website. What you don't see: The website is the Internet front-end of a large internal database.

In this central database of sequa the data of our many projects and news are stored. All project managers maintain this data on an ongoing basis. Changes to the database are visible on our website after a maximum of two hours. This also applies to new projects or current news.

Was that it with the digitisation? Not at all! We are working on the vision that the planning of personnel expenses and turnover is no longer a complex process. Current planning data should be available at all times. And we are working on giving every project partner an insight into their project via our system. Every partner should always be able to get an overview of his project resources - without telephone, without e-mail, simply by mouse click.
