Ghana: KVP launched in the apparel sector

The three-year project phase is intended to contribute to improved framework conditions for Ghanaian - especially women-led - companies in the apparel sector, so that they can promote socio-ecological growth and employment development in Ghana through increased activities. To this end, the Ghanaian project partner AGAM is to be enabled to provide professional and sustainable support to its predominantly women-led member companies. AVE will transfer know-how in the areas of association management, service development and interest representation. Close cooperation with the thematically related projects of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Ghana is planned.
