The interactive training focused on practical approaches to impact-oriented project management and the successful implementation of partnership projects. A key component of the training is the exchange with sequa’s controlling team, who provided insights into financial management and reporting requirements and addressed participants' questions.
The open-space session on the second day of training was particularly valuable. It provided a forum for peer consultation, networking, and the exchange of experience among long-serving experts, new long-term experts, and staff involved in technical coordination. The lively, participatory atmosphere highlighted the importance of mutual exchange for the successful implementation of international partnership projects.
