VET-Partnership Moldova

The partner structures in Moldova are strengthened in their capacities through analyses, further training, events, consultations and public relations work. Full-time and voluntary staff of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Moldova as well as employees and representatives of vocational schools are supported through long-term and short-term advisory assignments, contributions to further training, networking events, delegation trips and equipment assistance as required. With these strengthened capacities on an individual and organisational level, the participating vocational schools and the IHK representatives are able to improve the training offers and adapt them to the needs of the labour market in a targeted manner. Advertising campaigns and public relations measures offer the opportunity to interest more young people and, above all, more young women in vocational training programmes. With the help of improved training programmes, more competent and larger numbers of company trainers, the available range of vocational training measures will be expanded. Companies can be recruited as internship or dual training companies via the IHK. Trainers in companies can be identified and qualified for the implementation of in-company training content. Well-trained young people find employment more easily. Moldovan companies can find skilled labour more easily and contribute to economic development in the country.
