Introduction of the Bachelor Professional

The overarching impact of the project is that graduates, especially young people, of vocational qualification and further training measures in Rwanda have improved employment and career opportunities. The aim of the project is to improve the quality, practical relevance and labour market relevance of the vocational qualification measures offered by the Rwandan partner institutions. A "Bachelor Professional" at level 8/9 RTQF is to be introduced and in-company teachers trained. In addition, sustainable capacities for business start-up counselling are to be created among the Rwandan partners.
