sequa has created a manual for project accounting specifically for the programs KVP and BBP. The manual addresses those in charge of administrative and technical project management. It is suitable as an introductory reading in regards to the essential foundations of public funding legislation and as a reference work for specific questions in regards to spending and billing.

The manual consists of a text part of nearly 60 pages and an annex, which comprises specific work aids for financial management and implementation.

The manual should facilitate the work of project managers and increase the quality and effectiveness of billing.
