This guide is the result of a coaching series conducted by sequa in the frame of Support Regional Economical Cooperation in Asia (SRECA)-project. After general sessions on Market Intelligence and How to do market research, sequa was able to accompany EITC in the process of applying the knowlegde and turning it into this service for Mongolian SMEs, motivated to enter the European market with their high quality products.
The guide contains general information on the European single market, some trade data and trends, as well as step by step guide for assessing and improving the SME's export potential. After these general topics, the guide focusses on the market segments and demand for leather footwear in the EU. There is also a chapter on pricing and competitor analysis, followed by the market requirements.

In the same project, templates have been developed for each topic covered in this guide, for that similar products can be developed easily for other Mongolian export products, such as Leather Handbags, Wool Footwear, Wool Apparel, Cashemere Apparel & Accessories, Cosmetics and Seabuckthorn.
